Let's Play A Game!

Which is worse:

1. Trying to do a yoga workout video while your toddler is in the room, and accidentally swacking her in the face during a Salutation Seal, or
2. Waiting up until 2 a.m. to do it while she sleeps but instead, feeling defeated and exhausted, you sit in the recliner and eat half a bag of fattening Wheat Thins crackers and then go to sleep?

1. Craving a Peanut Butter Twix, or
2. Finding that the closest thing that you have to junk food in your house is a bag of honey-flavored cough suppressant lozenges and resigning to munch on a few of those.

1. Knowing you need to get your housework done but deciding to hop onto Facebook for a quick look anyway, or
2. Remaining on Facebook for way too long once you're there so that you can play Pet Society.

1. Swacking the child is worse.
2. Eating the peanut butter crap because it's in recall.
3. Hopping on facebook in the first place.

It's after 2am here so I'm thinking looking at blogs and watching my recording of Lost is worse.

I find non of these bad dude...its called being a mommy with little time on your hands so you try to decide what you enjoy more...accidents happen...junk food cravings go through the roof with no exercise ( the cough drops sound delicious!!) Late nights on the computer or doing whatever because you never get time in the actual waking hours or stuffing yourself stupid and then falling into a dreamless content sleep with regret in the morning...dude don't feel bad we have all been there...hell i have gained 20 pounds by doing this ( late night junk food is my bidding when no child is around to steal them away..and exercise after wards is just impossible)
if i knew ANY mom that has not done this or other things at least a few times since becoming a mother..i would bow to her and be disgusted at the same time....everyone feels overwhelmed and needs time to themselves..even the kids....stop beating yourself up

LoC- Wheat Thins are indeed a menace. Wheatables too.

SHST- Yes, Facebook is my lame guilty pleasure. I just started it a few weeks ago. Hey, at least it isn't MySpazz. (And Lost, that's another one.)

Ina, to be honest I wasn't too upset about it. I can appreciate the farcical quality of my life.

I bet people that read this think I'm a real fatty considering the only foods I ever mention are pure fat. Lol.

I think craving the peanut butter twix is not good b/c of the salmonella situation but then again a good purge or two is good for the system to rid them of demons and gremlins.

anytime I try to do push ups, sit ups, or any sort of general stretching, Sam usually hurls himself on me at the least comfortable moment, giggling madly- so of course, I start laughing and then we play and I realize that maybe just chasing around a 2 & 1/2 year old IS my excercise. Sigh
