Classics in Comic Form

Wow. I just found this on NPR and it is great. This link will take you to a gallery of cartoonist R. Sikoryak's work. He fuses comic strips and classic literature.

The first few pages in the gallery linked above fuse 'Peanuts' and Kafka, with Charlie Brown portraying the Gregor Samsa character of course. It actually makes sense and once you see it you wonder why you never saw the likeness of those two characters before.

Also: 'Mephistofield'. Hahaha. Go look!

Beaux- hover over the words "This link" and it's there. Aren't those words showing up as a different color on your screen? I need to figure out a better color scheme. Sorry!

CA- I agree. The Metamorphosis is a very sad tale, maybe more so when you get to see it played out by poor Charlie Brown.

Sorry, it must have been the lighting last night from where I was sitting in our hotel room. I liked the last one.
