Check out these bizarre matchbooks I found. There is a whole case of them. I don't when they were made but most things in this house are at least from the 1960s and '70s. Apparently "body tags" can help prevent lost children, as well as let that special someone know how much you care! Amazing.
The best part, well, besides the fact that "Thoughtful Gift" is printed on the outside, is the reminder to "Detach here, do not mail matches!" Good thing they told me!

What a cool find. It looked a bit grim at first slight. I thought a "body tag" was something they attach to a corpse. But live and learn! It is also a lovely gift! Give us a hint what some of the others say.
"identity tags" is probably less gruesome. lol.
