In Case You Haven't Noticed...

I am taking a little hiatus from writing this ol' web log. I chose to take a summer class that seriously drained my time and energy. I wish I hadn't taken it. I got an A, barely, but it really made me feel unprepared for fall classes, which started yesterday. I'm not sure what is going on with me but I have been feeling anxious, depressed and overwhelmed. My insomnia has become sort of ridiculous. I am going to focus on doing well in school and spending time with Violet. I really don''t want her to pick up on my anxiety but that has been a struggle. I really can't pinpoint what is causing all these feelings so I am considering a doctor visit to get a medical opinion. I really do not like feeling this way.

So, until I can get some blogging mojo back into my life I will be around, lurking your blogs when I have the time to do so.

Love you Bloggers,
Mary

PS- I hope the sketchbook is still in circulation. Look forward to seeing it. Anyone have it recently?

I hope you feel better soon. I've noticed that when I am most stressed, my anxiety goes way up too... :-(

I have terrible insomnia. One thing to look into in this vein and in light of your anxiety is your seratonin levels.

Oh, I've noticed! : )

I've been super anxious lately too, but I think it's mainly anxiety about potential problems with the girls at school. So far they are doing okay, though Lotus had a whopping five accidents at school yesterday. : ( I hope that today went better for her. I'm guessing it at least went a little better since I didn't have to take extra clothes to school today.

I hope you feel better soon! Love you and Violet!

Ditto on all that. Minus the 5 accidents. However I do take extra clothes to work for me. That can be stressful.
I was just thinking about your sketch book. Actually more than once. I am anxious to see it.
Take good care and good job with the A.

Be sure to have a FULL thyroid panel, not the mini panel they try to give people. Low thyroid is often lurking in the background of symptoms like yours, sometimes for years before treatment. Email me if you need a list to take with you!
