(In case you're new here- Violet has the pink slippers, no pants and the disgruntled look.)
In this next one it's pretty obvious that the children stayed up way too late. Look at the vacant stare on Violet. I promise she's eating cereal, not magic mushrooms.There. That's better. (Yes, my kid even wears hats to breakfast.)

Mary, your commentary is hilarious! I love the middle one especially. She certainly does look gaga! (Rather like you've got her in a hypnotic trance to do your bidding. You're the one who wanted her to wear the hat, tell the truth).
Kat
Kat- No, I'm not much of a hat person. That's all her idea. Well, and her aunt that buys her hats all the time. ;)
Those pictures are too cute!
That top picture is a classic! I could picture that same shot when they are about 16 and complaining about stupid boys.
Great pics, Mary. I got a real feel for the sleep-over.
awww, too cute! i love the one of both of them in the chair. i remember when i used to fit in an easy chair with my best friend. sigh.
My girls are 10 and 11 and they still have their sleepovers. Now that summers here I imagine it will be harder to get to sleep with all the laughing and giggling all night long.
i don't know who the kid is you payed to act like violents friend, but i'm sure she got jipped!!! ive met the real violent, screaming, evil and just generally mean to me!!!!!! oh but maybe its cause she aint seen her uncle in a YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know. We were only up to visit Dad for a minute on Father's Day but our car started acting weird and I didn't want to chance driving Violent home late at night in it, so there we were.
