Flour Girl

Trust me, I'm not one of those (weirdos!) parents that stage a mess for their kid to play in for a cutesy photo op. I try to avoid messes, but seem to be constantly trying to clean anyway. Well, earlier I was making some bread and Violet decided to help herself to some flour and a little measuring spoon. I thought, good, as long as she doesn't eat it, it will keep her busy. She decided to play Mime School Dropout instead. It was a fun game. I documented for you, Internet. Enjoy.

(And just in case anyone feels compelled to point out to me the food splatters on the fridge- yeah, I know.)

(This one kills me. She went from mime school to clown school with a simple swipe of the nose.)

Here's her Gold Medal pose. Flour Power!

adorable, you have been inducted into the hall of parents that officially take pictures of their kids with food on their body. lol. so cute.

That is precious. Some people ask me if I have flour on my face or at least some kind of makeup powder but sadly that is my true skin color. I use SPF: Death. Violet-take care of your mom.
